This industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine is specifically designed for metal heat exchanger cleaning. After metal bars are extruded into wire, the outer surface often retains carbonized film and oil residues that are difficult to remove through conventional methods. Our ultrasonic cleaning solution provides an efficient alternative to acid cleaning and other traditional approaches.

The system features a continuous wire-cutting and high-efficiency cleaning design, with a rough washing section composed of cleaning liquid storage tank, transducers, circulation pump, filter, and piping system. The complete process includes ultrasonic washing followed by blow drying.

This equipment is widely used for various wire types including silk, tungsten, molybdenum, and copper wires (prior to insulating paint coating). The integrated control system ensures simple, convenient, and effective operation.

For parts with significant dirt accumulation, we recommend pre-cleaning through dipping or spraying to remove most contaminants before ultrasonic treatment. Small items or complex-shaped parts benefit from using a cleaning net or rotating during ultrasonic exposure to ensure even cleaning distribution.
